BOOK PARADE

To support Book Week, Bellevue Hill has an annual Book Parade. The children dress up as a character from a book. Either the class chooses a theme or students dress up individually. Costumes have ranged from Harry Potter to Where’s Wally to witches to Cinderella.

Parents can come along to see the book parade and the children’s costumes.  The Book Parade is a great opportunity for students and their families to celebrate books.

For more information, please contact Mrs Haimovitch (Teacher Librarian).

EASTER HAT PARADE

At the end of term one, Bellevue Hill PS has an Easter Hat Parade.  Students create a fancy hat to wear.  During this time, students also donate Easter eggs to Meals On Wheels to celebrate the spirit of giving.
