Botanic Gardens

On Wednesday the 24th of September, 2B, 1/2B and 2/3F went on an excursion to the Botanical Gardens.

First we went out of the school and caught the bus. In the bus I sat next to Aliyah. The first thing we saw was a fountain and on the fountain was a bubbler. I had a drink. Next we went to a place full of ferns. There was a track that went in a circle and you could walk and look at all of the plants there. There were about five or more signs about ferns. After that we had recess. After we had recess we went to a place where we had to do a lesson. The teacher gave us a clipboard and we sketched lots of plants. The guy that took us around was named John. After that we had lunch and played too. Finally we caught the bus and went back to school.

I really enjoyed it, it was fun.
