BASC BASC is the Before and After School Care centre located at Bellevue Hill PS. It is run by Australian Childcare Resource Centre. The centre is open from 7:30 and - 9:15 am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm Monday through Friday.  The centre also operates during school vacations. Fees are: Before School Care @ $9 per day permanent or $13 casual After School Care @ $12.50 per day permanent or $17.00 casual Vacation care @ $30 per day permanent or $32 casual Pupil free days $30 flat fee Activities are varied eg. painting, outdoor games etc.  During vacation care excursions are also conducted.
