Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

The role of the P&C is to promote the interests of the school and assist in the provision of facilities and equipment.  The P&C is an advisory body that conveys the concerns that any parent or community member might have regarding the school.

Over the last couple of years the P&C has raised money to buy play equipment, a shade shelter for the Infants playground and additional sporting equipment.  The P&C recently donated $10 000 towards new reading materials for students. An annual "working bee" is also organised by the P&C to keep the school looking its best.

The P&C meets once every month.  A notice of these meetings is distributed with the regular school newsletter (BelleNews). New members are always welcome.  The P&C also has an Executive Committee that meets regularly throughout the year.

There is a strong sense of community at Bellevue Hill PS with parents participating in all aspects of the school from reading with children to assisting with art shows, student performances, fashion parades etc.  Please contact the school if you are able to offer any assistance.
